Committees

A Working Committee comprising of professionals and practitioners in agriculture, health, higher learning, industry and commerce spearhead the development of the new universities. It plays the role of a steering committee on all policy matters relating to the establishment of the universities. It works through subcommittees with specific responsibilities for issues relating to the:

development of the legal basis for the establishment and operations of the universities including financial matters
development of the university course programs and curricula which are relevant to national strategies and needs as well as facilitating linkages with industry and other higher education institutions
development of infrastructure and capital construction work.
